THE PROJECT
Tipsy Scoop Portland transformed a ground-floor commercial space on North Mississippi Avenue into the brand’s first West Coast “Barlour.” The tenant improvement created a new retail environment for Tipsy Scoop’s liquor-infused ice cream, sundaes and cocktails, bringing the New York-based concept to Portland’s Mississippi District.
CROSSOVER SCOPE
Crossover Construction served as the contractor for the tenant improvement and change of use from office space to an ice cream shop. The permitted work included a new ground-floor tenant configuration and improvements required to prepare the space for Tipsy Scoop’s Portland location.
