THE PROJECT
Albina Vision Trust’s headquarters project transformed a former shop in Portland’s historic Albina District into a welcoming, multi-use office and community space. The adaptive reuse project preserved the character of the original structure while introducing new offices, collaborative spaces, building upgrades, and improvements designed to support AVT’s long-term work in the community.
CROSSOVER SCOPE
Crossover Construction partnered with Owen Gabbert LLC to deliver the project, bringing its network of diverse subcontractors and trade partners to the construction team. The collaboration supported AVT’s goal of creating a high-quality community-centered space while expanding opportunities for minority and emerging small businesses.
