THE PROJECT
Clackamas Heights Redevelopment is a major affordable housing project in Oregon City transforming one of Oregon’s oldest public housing communities into 200 new energy-efficient homes. The redevelopment includes cottage-style housing, shared courtyards, green spaces, resident gardens, play areas, and community amenities designed to create a connected and welcoming neighborhood.
CROSSOVER SCOPE
Crossover Construction is supporting concrete and foundation work on the Clackamas Heights Redevelopment in partnership with Truebeck Construction. Crossover’s work contributes to the construction of 200 new affordable homes and the broader redevelopment of the existing housing community.
