Alberta Alley is a neighborhood retail development on NE Alberta Street featuring an open-air alleyway that creates additional storefront frontage within the property. The project incorporates large windows, custom wood entry doors, indoor and outdoor seating, landscaping, art installations, lighting, and architectural details that create a community-oriented retail and dining destination
CROSSOVER SCOPE
Crossover Construction served as the contractor for Alberta Alley, delivering the approximately 7,006-square-foot retail development and its associated commercial and exterior improvements. The project created multiple tenant spaces around an open-air alleyway designed to connect the storefronts and outdoor areas.
