Project Manager

greater Willamette Valley, Crossover Construction delivers a wide array of commercial,

residential, landscape, and specialty projects. To ensure the successful execution of these

projects, Crossover Construction is seeking a highly capable and motivated Project Manager to

support the successful delivery of complex and fast-paced construction projects. The Project

Manager will play a critical role in coordinating day-to-day project operations, managing

schedules, budgets, subcontractors, and field teams while maintaining close communication with

clients and internal stakeholders. The Project Manager will coordinate all phases of our

construction projects - from initial communications and estimates to final delivery - while

maintaining strict adherence to timelines, budgets, and safety standards.

The hired individual will be responsible for the following duties:

  • Monitor and coordinate a diverse range of construction projects ensuring milestones and
    deliverables are met on time and within budget.

  • Prepare and maintain detailed project schedules, coordinating tasks and managing
    deadlines to optimize workflow and timely completion.

  • Manage all project documentation, including contracts, permits, change orders,
    subcontractor agreements, and daily reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

  • Monitor job costing and track project financials and progress throughout the lifecycle to
    ensure alignment with contract requirements, budget adherence, and efficiency.

  • Direct field operations by assigning duties and responsibilities to field personnel
    coordinate with subcontractors and ensure equipment and materials are secured to
    maximize productivity.

  • Serve as a primary point of contact for client communications, providing regular project
    updates, addressing concerns, maintaining transparency, and ensuring client satisfaction.

  • Collaborate closely with detailers, subcontractors, clients, and internal teams to clarify
    requirements, resolve challenges, and maintain alignment and schedule integrity
    throughout project execution.

  • Review design drawings, submittals, and Requests for Information (RFIs) to ensure 
    accuracy and constructability, and provide feedback to licensed professionals to make 
    any necessary adjustments to meet clients’ expectations.

  • Apply construction engineering management expertise to coordinate with mechanical,
    plumbing, and piping systems installation teams, to ensure a balance between clients’
    design and construction expectations with quality standards and regulatory compliance.
     

Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in project management, construction engineering management, or a
    related field;

  • 2 years of work experience managing construction projects from project initiation and
    design to execution and construction.

  • Proficient in CAD software (Autodesk AutoCAD) and project management software.

  • Telecommuting is permitted.
     

This is a full-time position. The offered wage is $94,224 per year. Send resume to
